1. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags. We cannot accept returns on damaged items or items missing their original packaging and tag.

2. How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item and process your refund, you’ll receive your money via your preferred UAE payment method (such as bank transfer, mobile wallet, or Instapay). Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Do I need to confirm my order if I choose Cash on Delivery?

If you’re a first-time customer selecting Cash on Delivery, you’ll need to confirm your order via WhatsApp within 24 hours, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Can I open my package while the courier is present?

No, for your security and ours, please do not open packages in front of the courier. We recommend that you fully inspect your order after you receive your package.
