Delivery Policy:

In accordance with our delivery policy, we kindly ask that you do not open packages while the courier is present. For your security and ours, please fully inspect your order upon receipt. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us using the phone numbers listed on our website.

For first-time customers in the UAE selecting cash on delivery, order confirmation via WhatsApp is required. If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on damaged items or those missing their original packaging and tags.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued via UAE bank transfer, local mobile wallet (such as eWallet or PayBy), or Instapay, and may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
